When unexpected changes, relationship difficulties, and new or long-standing challenges feel hard to manage, finding a therapist who is the right fit can be a powerful investment in your well-being. As a therapist, I start from a place of empathy and understanding. I work in partnership with you to create a safe place where you can speak openly, find ways to cope with difficulties, and foster growth. My approach is collaborative - we work together on your goals, whether addressing patterns that no longer serve you, building relationships and improving communication, or finding new ways to build your agency and empowerment.

Before becoming a therapist, I spent many years working with schools and immigrant communities on educational access and advocacy. Much of this work is what led me to become a therapist - I was drawn to people’s lived experiences and how I could best support people facing a variety of challenges. I am able to support clients in both Spanish and English as needed.

I have extensive training and experience treating trauma, anxiety and depression. I also specialize in working with teens and adults diagnosed with ADHD and other forms of neurodiversity, and I often work with people living with chronic medical conditions and their loved ones.

I offer individual therapy sessions for adolescents and adults, and family sessions with parents/caregivers. I am passionate about meeting you where you are to support long-term growth. To learn more, contact me for a free consultation.
